What is the gospel? It's a simple question that could be answered with all kinds of complexity. One of the simplest answers is: Christ crucified. It's an answer that people the world over regard as folly. Yet, the folly of Christ crucified is powerful to make united fools of Christ. Christ will make all of us fools in one respect or another.
