EXHORTATION - Make No Provision for the Flesh

A counselor heard the confession of a client about an obsession with eating a particular flavor and brand of ice cream in an unhealthy way. The counselor didn't think it too big of an issue until he happened upon the ice cream and consumed a whole carton himself.
